The hotel exceeded our expectations with its clean and comfy rooms, making it one of the nicest budget-priced hotels we've stayed in. The service was friendly and helpful, although there was a slight issue with understaffing during check-in. The location was fantastic and central to all our needs, despite some air conditioning problems. The dining options were great quality and offered large portions. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent value for money.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, and the staff, especially Rashelle, were friendly, helpful, and professional. However, the initial room I was given was noisy, but they were prompt in allocating me another room that was okay. The location was excellent for visiting Colonial Williamsburg, but there was an issue with the air conditioning leaking. The dining was good but slightly overpriced, and the service was extremely friendly and helpful.
